New Coati Kids Cottage in the making..

I am pretty excited about our babies getting a new house. I am also pretty sad about it too. The Coatikids will be only a few steps from by back porch. It will seem so strange not to share living quarters with them. I know they will be much happier. They will not have to sleep in cages or be put up in cages if we leave the house. My Coatikids will have their own indoor bedrooms with built in cushy sky beds, play and climbing areas, indoor plumbing and heat. They will also have a huge outdoor enclosures to climb and play in. No more changing smelly puppy pads!!!! They will have concrete floors with drains in them to wash everyday. The contractors started a few days ago and have made pretty good timing. They should be finished with the basic construction next week sometime. Then we will finish it up by adding the outdoor fence wires, painting and sealing the cement. Next comes the fun part building the coati furniture. It will be nice to be able to bring them inside one by one for visits and even more fun will be hanging out in the enclosure with them. The ceiling will be close to ten feet tall! Oh and one of the best features will be a mud free swimming pool for summer times……Here’s a few of the construction pics.

Lesson one in Clydes Boot Camp!!

Boy Did I get that ole Lucky, He thinks he gets anything and can do anything. I had to wait for the right time….*Snicker Snicker Snicker* hehehehe! I told him I would bite him in the butt and I did. Honestly That boy is so spoiled. Give me a ONE month and I’d put that boy throught Clyde’s Boot camp. Whip him into shape! Well, he got lesson One early HA HA HA HA!

It’s raining..it’s snowing….

It’s raining..It’s snowing either way we ain’t a goinnnnnnnng……..All warm in blankets and snuggles with treat bars ….you can forget about us getting out..Later Coati Mom will give us run of the house and I will bite Lucky on the butt just for ruining our morning play time..Mister I need to go outside, Yeah bud, I got my eyes on you!…One day CoatiMom will see Bonnie and I are the good ones…but, for today my chompers have a date with Lucky’s backside..hehehehe!!!

It’s Cold!

Ha no! I don’t think I will venture out. That Lucky is stupid, someone needs to tell him his tail is going to fall off……CoatiMom will chase him right back into his cage and I will laugh!!!! Wait No she is coming after me now…Dang it, Lucky goes for one of his advertures and we both get put in jail…*POUT* I need treats…

What a night!

What an interesting night. CoatiMom got another one of her bright ideas…….She thought we might like to rotate beds and let Lucky sleep with Clyde because those two boys are always wanting to play with each other. That meant I had to sleep with Diva Bonnie. She hogged my pillow and complained all night. It’s to Hot, my foot touched hers, she wanted a drink of water…and on and on…I miss Lucky he is so warm and snuggalieeeeeee! When we fall asleep together he hugs me tight and makes me feel safe and he certainly does not toss and turn and complain all night…Coati Mom, please bring my Lucky back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Education is the key

I think it’s time to go back to school. I know CoatiMom wants to learn more about photography. I think i will go with her, since I am the only CoatiKid smart enough to learn to read. Trust me, the other Coatikids will never be as smart as me! I also know if people learned more about the wildlife around them they would stop hurting them. Sometimes it’s an accident done by people who loved animals too much and don’t really know how to do whats best for them. Sometimes is just mean people. Either way education is very important.

I am not pleased, just beautiful….

It’s been a trying week and quiet frankly, I am mifted… Okay, I am trying to be understanding. However, it’s really time to wrap things up. Our house is under some construction and CoatiDaddy doesn’t trust us enough to get the run of the whole house with all the boxes of stuff everywhere. We have been confined to our cages or our room for a week. I did get a bath yesterday and CoatiMom sprinkled some smell good stuff on me cuz she says I am stinky. ( I think she just doesn’t like my taste in perfume) Aren’t I just perfect in every way? We did get a vistor tonight and it was fun. The funny man that loved to play with me and Clyde when we were babies came for a visit so at least that was entertaining. Humans are such amusing creatures. I will be glad when Coati Mom and Dad finish building our very own special house! A girl needs her space and that Raven better not be a closet hog……
